A vacancy has arisen for a Receptionist to join our growing team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be based at our attractive head office in Eglinton, and often as the first point of contact for our callers, clients and guests, you will act as a true Braidwater ambassador.
You will be responsible for receiving and distributing calls, providing hospitality to our guests, managing all incoming and outgoing post and distributing same to appropriate staff members on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for the dispatch of parcels etc to our sites, maintaining office supplies and providing administrative support to other staff members when requested.
- A minimum of 1 years previous experience in a receptionist/front of house role
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English & Maths at Grade C or above
- Strong IT proficiency
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Experience in G suite
Duration: Full time, Permanent
