Planning Co-ordinator – 12 months Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for a proactive Planning Co-ordinator to support our Development Director in land appraisals, planning applications and consultant coordination.

What you will be doing:

  • Assisting in the appraisal of new land opportunities, including conducting due diligence on sites.
  • Supporting the coordination of new planning applications and monitoring existing applications.
  • Facilitating the coordination of design information for planning and development purposes.
  • Assisting in the appointment of consultants by gathering scopes and relevant information.

What you will need to succeed:

  • A third-level qualification in planning, project/business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Familiarity with Northern Ireland’s planning applications and processes.
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, or project coordination within the construction industry is highly desirable.
