General and Skilled Labourers: The Cashel

A vacancy has arisen for General and Skilled Labourers within our team at our H2 site called The Cashel on the Buncrana Road in Derry/Londonderry.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be expected to work on your own initiative with tasks  such as silicone sealing, minor joinery, dryline patching, painting, fitting bath panels etc and will extend to external work such as fencing, power washing, drilling vents etc, day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise. The applicant must have a keen eye for detail with the ability to finish homes to the highest standard.

Essential Criteria:

*A minimum of 5 years experience in the house building industry

*Valid CSR

*Experience with construction hand tools

*Proven strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with sites trades for finishing works

*Ability to effectively manage your own time in order to meet deadlines

Location: Derry / Londonderry
