The duties of the post holder include:

  • Conduct private sales viewing on site / at show homes
  • Manage leisure viewing at show home opening hours
  • Dealing with prospective purchaser queries and enquiries in a professional manner
  • Instruct solicitors to commence conveyance process
  • Arrange and manage selection process with purchaser
  • Communicating same to site in timely and effective manner
  • Liaise with purchaser throughout sales process and track and report on same
  • Monitor viewing levels and report on a weekly basis
  • Liaise with site and manage purchaser handover and post completion process
  • Liaise with our rental portfolio letting agent to ensure smooth management of portfolio
  • Arrange marketing of new build rental properties with Marketing Manager
  • Arrange and conduct viewings of new build rental properties for letting purposes
  • Manage application process and vetting of potential tenants with necessary checks
  • Arrange collection of tenant deposits and register with appropriate scheme
  • Manage lease and ongoing monthly rental payments of tenants

Criteria includes:

  • Strong work ethic and passion for the industry
  • Friendly personality when dealing with customers
  • Must have strong level of organisational skills
  • High level of communication skills to deal with range of stakeholders
  • Ability to plan and meet targets
  • Experience and knowledge of new build sales and letting regulations
